No Credit Credit Cards – Is There Such A Thing
If you have never had a credit card before then the chances are you’re just becoming old enough to be able to get one or you have never used one before. Whatever the case may be no credit credit cards is the best place to start with establishing your credit. It is a well-known fact that without a good credit rating it becomes difficult to make large purchases or to obtain future credit. Banks, lenders, and credit card companies all use your credit report and credit rating to determine what type of person you are financially. If you know someone that tends to always pay there bills on time and they keep reasonably low balances on any credit cards or lines of credit they may have been they probably have an excellent credit rating.
If you or someone that wants to have an excellent trading then you need to start establishing your credit. There two types of cards that can help you to do just that the first is student credit cards and the second is secured credit cards.
Credit cards for people with no credit would be a great definition for student credit cards. They also could be referred to as no credit check credit cards. And these are generally offers sent out by credit card companies and banks specifically to students that have no credit history. It is fairly easy to get approved for this type of credit card, though they will typically come with higher interest rates and a low credit limit. That is not necessarily a bad thing though because it may deter some people from using excessively and not paying down their balance. This no credit credit card if used wisely can be a great step towards establishing a good credit rating.
The second type of credit cards for no credit history is the secured credit card. This type of card could also be used by people that have bad credit history. Basically how it works is you are required to put down a deposit for amount usually less than $1000 and that then becomes the amount of available credit you have. You then use this card just like a normal credit card and they charge interest on any amounts that are not paid off within your grace period. If you however the default on this type of card they will just take the money from the deposit you paid to cover the money you owe.
You might be able to find no interest credit cards or no fee credit cards that are available to people without any credit history. Be careful with these types of offers because they may come with excessively high interest rates after the no interest period wears off or may have fees after one year of having the card. Other than that you should be able to find no credit credit cards to help you start building credit.
