You are a higher risk to the bank so they charge a higher interest rate for this type of loan. You can also contact the company that deals directly in home loans and work with them to determine if there are any loans that you would qualify for. There is no guarantee that you will be approved for this type of loan and it is much more difficult to obtain, but you won’t know if you qualify unless you try.
